Happiness Guarantee
We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with 60 days’ prior notice.
Good Tenant Guarantee
We’re confident in the residents we place for your home! If a tenant does not fulfill at least 6 months of a lease term, we will find you a new tenant for free.
Legal Compliance Guarantee
Our lease agreement is reviewed and approved by Illinois attorneys. We operate in compliance with fair housing, Illinois habitability, application screening, section 8, and right-to-cure laws.
Insured Tenant Guarantee
Every tenant we procure will have renter’s insurance in place, and we will insure the tenant under our master insurance policy if necessary to guarantee this.
Pet Damage Guarantee
For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $1,000 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers.
